Most women experience painful menstrual cramps every month, along with backache, nausea and headaches. Essential oils help balance the hormones and give ample pain relief.

Never use more than 5 drops in any of the following blends.
Essential Oils For Headaches: Vetiver, Valerian, Rosemary, Peppermint, Marjoram, Lavender, Geranium, Jasmine, Clary Sage, Geranium, Fennel, Roman Chamomile, Basil
Carrier Oils For Headaches: Coconut, Sweet Almond Oil, Evening Primrose, Grapeseed, Olive
Method & Dosage
Massage your lower back and abdomen in a clockwise motion, Apply when in pain and allow it to absorb into the skin. Do not wash it off.
Aromatherapy Recipes For Menstrual Cramps
Blend 1
2 tablespoons sweet almond oil
8 drops clary sage
5 drops marjoram
2 drops lavender
Blend 2
2 tablespoons evening primrose oil
3 drops clary sage
3 drops fennel
3 drops lavender
3 drops jasmine
3 drops marjoram
Blend 3
2 tablespoons evening primrose oil
5 drops chamomile
5 drops clary sage
5 drops geranium
Blend 4
2 tablespoons coconut oil
6 drops peppermint
6 drops lavender
3 drops cypress
