Lavender is one of my favourite herbs and has been in my apothecary since day 1. I use it in mostly all my quirky creations. Its calming effect reduces stress without any risk of dependency or sedation.

This recipe serves 2 and should be consumed immediately.


Ingredients

Lemon Balm

Lemon Verbena

Lavender


Instructions:

1. Boil 500ml of water

2. Add 2 sprigs of lemon balm and lemon verbena each

3. Then add 4 heads of lavender flowers, preferably young ones

4. Allow infusing for 10 minutes.

5. Strain and drink
